Raster-based approach:This tool screenshots the rendered HTML and embeds it as an image in the PDF. Text won't be selectable in the output. For a fully selectable-text PDF, use our Markdown to PDF tool instead.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the text not selectable in the PDF?
This tool renders HTML to a visual image first, then embeds that image in a PDF. This preserves visual fidelity (flexbox, custom fonts, background images) but means text is an image, not selectable characters. For selectable text, use Markdown to PDF or Text to PDF.
What CSS features are supported?
All CSS that your browser supports - flexbox, grid, custom fonts, gradients, box shadows, borders, and background images. The preview shows the exact output.
Is there a file size limit?
There's no hard limit, but very large HTML documents (100+ pages) may take longer to render. For typical documents, invoices, and reports, it processes in under 2 seconds.
